If you are logging into XM Basecamp for the first time it is very important that you follow the correct process to create your account, carefully identify which one to use next:
- If you have an active Qualtrics account (including free and trial accounts):
- Select the option "Qualtrics credentials"
- If you use SSO to login to Qualtrics select "Sign in with SSO". If not, just enter your username and password.
- If you are an XM Discover user:
- Login to XM Discover Studio with your organization ID - see your Engagement Manager to find out what this is!
- Go to the login page of Basecamp
- Select Legacy Clarabridge/XM Discover
- You will then be able to login via an SSO flow through XM Discover Studio.
- If you are a FedRAMP user:
- Follow these instructions to login.
- If you don't have an active Qualtrics account:
- Create a free Qualtrics account here so you can login using the "Qualtrics credentials option" or create a guest account.
