Topics include: familiarizing yourself with Designer, Model Strategy, Creating Category models, adding and defining new categories, running classification on your model, and maintaining your model over time.
 
We recommend taking Basic Reporting with Operational Dashboards before taking this course.
 
This course comes with optional hands-on exercises to practice the skills taught. You need access to XM Discover and the training data set in order to follow along with these exercises.
