Learn how to create and deploy an operational, monitoring book of dashboards to stakeholders. Learn best practices in designing and creating tabs of dashboards for maximum impact to stakeholders, empowering teams to quickly acknowledge and engage with the customer as a person, transform negative feedback, amplify positive feedback, and influence the conversation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Construct two operational dashboards based on individual stakeholder business questions
  • Explain dashboard level filters and when it is appropriate to implement them
  • Design a Satisfaction metric such as a Net Promoter Score Metric
  • Outline what the Fantastic Four Widget family is and add one to the operational dashboard
  • Illustrate the Use as Filter feature and implement it on your own dashboard
  • Identify the use case for Value metrics and design value metrics for stakeholders target KPIs
  • Discuss what a Book of Dashboards is and when to utilize one
  • Be able to set up email reports to be sent on a scheduled frequency
