XM Basecamp Live Series: Managing Your License as a Qualtrics Administrator

This live session is designed to help you learn how to effectively govern your organization's Qualtrics license by managing account creation and permissions to enable your users to succeed. In this training, we will cover:

• Understanding the role of a Qualtrics Administrator
• Exploring the hierarchy of account permissions
• Delegating administrative tasks in your organization
• Managing the user account creation process
• Enabling your users with Qualtrics resources and services
• Establishing internal initiatives to scale your license and increase adoption of Qualtrics

Training Format

This training series is delivered virtually and consists of one 2 hour session, with various times available:

1. Option 1 - May 16th  |  4 PM - 6 PM MT 
2. Option 2 - May 18th  |  7 AM - 9 AM MT
