XM Basecamp Live Series: Implementing a Digital Feedback Program
You will learn how to set up a program that allows you to collect feedback through surveys deployed on your digital platforms, both website and app.
This live session is designed to help you effectively implement a digital feedback program. Learn how to distribute a survey through a website by creating interactive intercepts that prompt visitors to provide feedback as they browse.
Training Format
This training series is delivered virtually and consists of one 2 hour session:

- Training session led by a Qualtrics XM Expert
- Challenge booklet following the training session with step-by-step instructions to complete hands-on practice
- A Qualtrics training account where you can practice and complete challenges
- Access to office hours with your training instructor where you can ask questions 1:1 about the hands-on challenges or topics covered in the training session
