XM Basecamp Live Series: Designing to Capture Meaningful Employee Lifecycle Data

This live series is designed to help you effectively implement a world-class employee feedback program. Learn how to structure your onboarding and exit surveys, and automate distribution to ensure you’re capturing feedback at the moments that matter most.

Training Format

This training series is delivered virtually and divided into three different 2 hour sessions:

1. Architecting Your Employee Feedback Program

2. Designing & Launching Your Onboarding Survey
June 9th  |  10AM - 12PM AEST (9AM - 11AM JST) Cancelled

3. Designing & Launching Your Exit Survey
June 15th  |  10AM - 12PM AEST (9AM - 11AM JST) Cancelled

We recommend attending every session as the training content will build off previous sessions. 

What’s Included

As a part of each XM Basecamp Live Training Series, you will receive access to the following: 

1. Multiple training sessions led by a Qualtrics XM Expert
2. Challenge booklets following each training session with step-by-step instructions to complete hands-on practice
3. A Qualtrics training account where you can practice and complete challenges
4. Access to office hours with your training instructor where you can ask questions 1:1 about the hands-on challenges or topics covered in the training sessions
