XM Basecamp Live Series: Building Engagement Dashboards to Display EX Insights

This two-part live training series is designed to help you present your engagement results in a well-designed dashboard by building visualizations, sharing insights with key stakeholders, and following up with action plans.

Training Format

This training series is delivered virtually and divided into two different 2 hour sessions:

1. Customizing Dashboard Settings to Prepare a Dashboard - Nov 1st  |  3PM - 5PM MT
2. Visualizing Data in a Dashboard to Tell a Story - Nov 3rd  |  3PM - 5PM MT

We recommend attending every session as the training content will build off previous sessions. 

What’s Included

As a part of each XM Basecamp Live Training Series, you will receive access to the following: 

1. Multiple training sessions led by a Qualtrics XM Expert
2. Challenge booklets following each training session with step-by-step instructions to complete hands-on practice
3. A Qualtrics training account where you can practice and complete challenges
4. Access to office hours with your training instructor where you can ask questions 1:1 about the hands-on challenges or topics covered in the training sessions
