Training Format

This training series is delivered virtually and divided into five different 2-3 hour sessions:

1. Building a CX Survey - Mar 22nd  |  8AM - 11AM MT  or  3PM - 6PM CET
2. Distributing a CX Survey Through Email - Mar 24th  | 8AM - 11AM MT  or 3PM - 6PM CET
3. Distributing a Digital CX Survey - Mar 26th  | 8AM - 11AM MT  or 3PM - 6PM CET
4. Building a Dashboard to Display CX Insights - Mar 30th  | 8AM - 11AM MT  or 4PM - 7PM CEST
5. Analyzing CX Data Using Text iQ and Stats iQ - Apr 1st  | 8AM - 10AM MT  or  4PM - 6PM CEST

We recommend attending every session as the training content will build off previous sessions.
