About this course

This capstone offers step-by-step instructions for building a project from survey to reporting. Complete it before the QPE exam to practice practical certification elements. This foundation will build your XM knowledge for the next certification level. Afterward, schedule your exam.

Note: This course contains the Capstone project. We strongly recommend (but do not require) completing the Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification Learning Journey before this capstone.

In this Capstone you will practice the following tasks end to end:

Build a survey with different question types, settings and structure.
Customize the survey flow, style and test the survey.
Import contacts, navigate the directory, craft email invites.
Import raw data, use filters and advanced filters.
Create different widget types, customize and breakout widgets to tell a story.
