About this training

Learn how our webinar presenters have used Qualtrics technology to optimize digital communication to millions of visitors, review 1,117 child welfare cases in 9 days, reduce employee COVID infections by 95% and predict communicable disease spread among 10 million residents.

Meet the Presenters:

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) - Elevating digital engagement
NCI leads, conducts, and supports cancer research across the nation to advance scientific knowledge and help all people live longer, healthier lives. NCI uses Qualtrics to collect feedback on Cancer.gov to continuously improve digital communications, programs, and products based on a clear, data-driven, and direct understanding of the needs and satisfaction levels of their key audiences.

Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) - Revolutionizing Case Mgmt.
Qualtrics enables DCF to accelerate and take action on Childcare case reviews. DCF leverages Qualtrics to track reviews throughout the “life of case” - from initial investigation, through ongoing services to case closure. This process augments federal CFSR reviews, and grants the agency granular insights into every key competency in real-time.

The Chickasaw Nation - Leveraging technology to beat COVID
The Chickasaw Nation has achieved extraordinary outcomes throughout COVID-19, reducing spread among its employees by 95%, providing testing in less than 45 seconds, and vaccinating at a record pace - not just its own population, but residents in multiple other states as well. They leverage Qualtrics for employee symptom checks, testing, contact tracing and vaccine management.

Los Angeles County - Predicting the spread of communicable disease
LA County can predict the spread of COVID-19 before results show up in testing data thanks to its voluntary “Angelenos in Action” contact tracing project. The county has established a representative panel of 20,000+ residents that provide weekly updates on their symptoms at response rates exceeding 70%. The county is now considering an expansion to other communicable diseases.
