Summary
This course covers everything you need to build and distribute your first relationship survey—the foundation of any VoC program and the mechanism for establishing a baseline NPS or CSAT metric. You will move through survey creation (including templates, embedded data, look and feel, and translations), then configure email distribution using workflows, manual and automated contact uploads, and customer segments in XM Directory. A quarterly distribution model—sending to 25% of your active customer population per quarter—is used as a practical example throughout.
