7. QSC: Insights, Dashboards & Data Filtering

The Insights section in Social Connect is home to a variety of out-of-the-box metrics and reports about the data collected via your connected Streams. This course reviews each of the metrics, as well as how you can apply filters to look at a subset of your data.

Social Connect also supports custom reporting in Dashboards, which can be configured to include out-of-the-box widgets available throughout all sections of Social Connect, and/or custom reports created in Chart Builder. This course also covers these functionalities.

Learning Objectives:

1. Demonstrate knowledge about each of the available out-of-the-box metrics in Insights.
2. Compose Dashboards to customize your reporting.
3. Design your own custom charts by using the Chart Builder.
4. Construct your own Command Center to present dashboards to an audience.
