1. Create Mailboxes, Smart Folders and custom Contact Fields.
2. Design and set up your message routing strategy.
3. Compose automated responses, email templates, and canned responses.
4. Create NPS and/or CSAT questions in order for customers to evaluate your service.
5. Control what customer services representatives can send to customers through Publishing Guidelines.
